Spyrev Agency Refund Policy

Spyrev Marketing Agency (“Spyrev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality marketing services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a client may request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

General Policy:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our marketing services. This means that if you are not satisfied with our services within the first [timeframe], you may be eligible for a full refund.

Exceptions to Refund Policy:

There are a few exceptions to our refund policy:

  • Services Rendered: We cannot offer refunds for services already rendered. This includes work completed, strategies developed, and campaigns launched on your behalf.
  • Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project before its completion, we will refund any unused portions of the pre-paid service fees. However, a pro-rated deduction may be applied for any work already completed.
  • Unsatisfactory Results: Due to the nature of marketing services, we cannot guarantee specific results. However, we will work diligently to achieve your marketing goals. If you are unsatisfied with the results, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with us. We will work with you to adjust the strategy or explore alternative solutions. Refunds will only be considered in cases where we demonstrably fail to deliver the agreed-upon services.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 Days of your initial payment at contact@spyrev.com. Please include your name, the name of the service you purchased, and a brief explanation for requesting a refund.

Processing Time:

We will review your refund request and respond to you within 3 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a full or partial refund (depending on the circumstances) within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may contact us to discuss the issue further. We are committed to finding a fair and amicable solution.
